Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 12:00pm Monday - Friday on the same day excluding bank holidays.

Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be shipped the next working day. You will receive an email with a tracking number after the order has been dispatched.

The available shipping options to you will be displayed at checkout.

We deliver to the UK & Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of Scottish Highlands and Islands only.

Cancelling or Changing an Order After Payment

We offer a fast turnaround from order to dispatch, therefore once an item is paid we are unable to change, add or cancel an order once payment has been received. If you have placed an order and require the item you can refuse delivery or return the item back to us for a refund subject to our returns policy.

Please ensure your address is correct when you place your order.

No orders will be dispatched until payment is received.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. When returning your item to us please enclose a copy of your original invoice and a detailed note with reason for return.
To request a return, please submit a request via the Customer Account page. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to us before a refund will be processed. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You and the carrier you select are fully responsible for the condition of the returned goods until they are received at our warehouse. The cost of return postage is at your expense, and we recommend you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Please package items securely.

 The full price of the product will be refunded to you (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the products), excluding the cost of delivery. All returns unless faulty may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All items will be inspected by our Returns Team when we receive it. If any of the product is missing or its packaging is damaged, we aren't obliged to issue a refund. Returns received outside of the returns period will not be accepted. Any returns that do not comply with this policy will be returned to the customer at their expense or held pending contact and will be destroyed within 60 days if no contact is made.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics, panties, hosiery, and wigs where the packaging has been opened, so please make sure you're happy with the product before opening the packaging.
We also do not accept returns for personalised items and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We aim to issue refunds within a week of receiving the item back to us, but if this isn't appropriate then we will process all refunds within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods back to our warehouse.
